Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability, capacity and contact detail confirmation. For paid tours, the booking is confirmed when Mercado Pago approves the payment.

Punctuality and contact

The customer is responsible for arriving on time at the meeting point and checking the registered email or WhatsApp for important updates about the experience.

Itinerary changes

The itinerary may change due to weather, road closures, demonstrations, local operations, safety or other external factors. If a change substantially affects the experience, Otro Viaje will offer a reasonable alternative.

Payments

Online payments are processed through Mercado Pago. Otro Viaje does not store full customer card details.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds for paid tours are governed by the cancellation and refund policy.
